The Fundamentals Of Faith
Understand faith as a firm belief and assurance in spiritual realities. Go over examples from scripture where Jesus and others demonstrated faith through their words. Rick McFarland addresses why faith is tested and the purpose of trials in a believer’s life. Rick also teaches the significance of confessing one’s faith and the role of Jesus as the High Priest of that confession.
Relationship with God
Having a relationship with God involves recognising Him in every aspect of our lives. This applies to all areas, even those we consider mundane. God desires to provide clarity in everything, including the everyday ordinary. Why is that? When we have clarity in the mundane we have room for the manifestation of God’s purpose in our day.
In terms of our relationship with Jesus, the choice is ours. We can decide whether to acknowledge Jesus or to follow our own path. So, how do you make that choice? You determine it through your priorities.
