Your heart is the fountain from which everything you say, do, and are comes. If you are filling your heart with the negativity of the world—bad news reports, trashy media—then your thoughts, words, and actions will reflect that negativity. But if you fill your heart with the good things of God by reading and meditating on His Word, you will exude love, compassion, and grace.
