Your Journey Begins
You will encounter life-changing Biblical truths that will produce a renewed mind and establish a rich spiritual foundation.
Biblical Training
At Charis Bible College, our only textbook is the Bible. In their first year, students will prepare their hearts by building a solid foundation in the Word of God. The purpose of year one is to renew minds and transform hearts to be rooted and grounded in His love.
The curriculum was designed to give students a solid Biblical foundation with an emphasis on faith, grace and walking with the Holy Spirit through the work of the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
At Charis, students experience more than just powerful teaching and ministry; they are immersed in an environment of like-minded believers of all ages and all walks of life. It’s the relationships built here that students say have made their time at Charis memorable and impactful.
Practical Service Hours
An important aspect of College life is Practical Service Hours. We are seeking to train up servant leaders who are doers of the word and not hearers only. Students learn to serve from a heart attitude of love rather than a “works” mentality. For this reason, the practical service hours component is built into the year one program and is a requirement of attending Charis Bible College and as such will be graded.
As a Charis student, you will have the opportunity to be involved in prayer walks, conferences and events, student social outings, evangelistic outreach, connect groups and much more.
Three Study Options
At Charis, we’re all about the connection – connection with God and with one another! Whether you have been a Christian for 30 days or 30 years, there’s a place for you at Charis Bible College.
Relationship with God
Having a relationship with God involves recognising Him in every aspect of our lives. This applies to all areas, even those we consider mundane. God desires to provide clarity in everything, including the everyday ordinary. Why is that? When we have clarity in the mundane we have room for the manifestation of God’s purpose in our day.
In terms of our relationship with Jesus, the choice is ours. We can decide whether to acknowledge Jesus or to follow our own path. So, how do you make that choice? You determine it through your priorities.
